numbered, each copy comes with a matching individually numbered
single sided vinyl 7" containing a previously unaired interview with
ZDF Heute, conducted on 26th April 2009. Bound in Chromolux
metallic silver, each copy also has a high quality embossed
Chromolux red outer jacket which matches the plain 7" sleeve colour.
The book is printed in 96pp section, sewn with soft cover, with each
page printed on Munken Polar 150gm white stock. The sleeve prints
are Risograph stencil printed using special colour inks. Informative,
