Recorded live at the last 6 Harrison Street Dream House concert of The Well Tuned Piano, New York City, October 1981, presented by DIA Foundation. Instrument by Bösendorfer. Includes 28 pages 12" square booklet with photographs, timed score of theme titles and liner notes, housed in a picturebox manufactured for the LP set with sticker attached for this CD version along with a barcode sticker and Rhino Records sticker on the back.
