SAM LIGHTNIN' HOPKINS The Rooster Crowed In England (Super limited and super rare 1962 UK-only 14-track mono LP, recorded in Houston, Texas, 1959 [tracks A8 & B6 recorded '54]. This was Sam's second full length solo release in Britain & includes a special spoken intro for Sam's British fans, housed in a unique laminated flipback sleeve. Due to tax reasons, just 99 copies were pressed and released through the legendary British record shop, Dobells on their '77 Records' imprint.The sleeve is very clean with no tears & just light signs of age.
