PRETTY PURDIE Soul Drums (1968 UK 11-track vinyl LP on the yellow
CBS Direction label, the debut album by jazz drumming legend Bernard
'Pretty' Purdie, including the single Funky Donkey and the classic [and
much sampled] title track, housed in the front-laminated picture sleeve
with sleevenotes by the program director at WJMO radio in Cleveland.
There are a couple of laminate creases to the edges of the sleeve and
there is a little age yellowing and four small stickers highlighting
selected tracks to the unlaminated back however, despite some hairline
surface scuffs showing evidence of play, the vinyl remains in VG
condition)
