Also includes an Exclusive 7" single featuring No Surrender (Never Ever Mix) and Maniac Rockers From Hell (Fuck The Old Days Mix), Meteors slipmat, belt with a custom metal buckle and a lanyard with backstage pass. All housed in a 13" square box with a lift-off lid with silver foil print, along with the individually numbered content picture insert.
