1970s Australian edition of the 1968 Apple label 4-track STEREO vinyl
LP, issued exclusively down under by the World Record Club and
housed in a unique front laminated picture sleeve with an olive green
tinted image of the Quartet looking very cool indeed. The sleeve
shows only the very faintest signs of wear and the vinyl looks barely
played, retaining a wonderful shine over 35 years on - a real beauty!

1968 Japanese Apple label 4-track LP pressed on Red Everclean Vinyl by Toshiba,
housed in a superb pasted picture sleeve with Japanese text on
the back & jet black die-cut inner. The sleeve displays some
minor general wear and some foxing, but this is mostly on the
reverse & all text remains clearly legible including along the
spine. The labels have just a couple of light spindle marks, whilst
the vinyl remains very clean with little signs of play, a really nice

Feelings' digitally remastered by a dedicated engineering team at the
world famous Abbey Road studios - Further evidence of the diverse
nature of the label was when The Modern Jazz Quartet were signed in
late 1968. John Lewis [piano], Milt Jackson [vibes], Percy Heath [bass]
and Connie Kay [drums] had been established for many years and the
album issued here on one CD represents their first output for the label.

Pressing for the 1969 German first issue 4-track stereo LP on
Apple Records, with Apple's 'SAP COR 4 A-1/ SAPCOR 4-B-1' matrices
stamped in the run-outs. The factory labels are custom black on white
& there is a '27 Jan 1969' review date stamp to the A-side as well as
an Electrola catalogue number sticker for the German release. Comes
complete with the silk laminated picture sleeve manufactured in
Germany. Pressed intiny numbers purely to test the sonics, both the
sleeve & vinyl appear Near Mint with few signs of wear or play. A
