THE MONKEES The Monkees (Rare 1967 US 13" x 20" poster, printed on heavyweight stock, for their gig at Saladin's Headshop in Los Angeles that year. For a poster that has been alive since the 'Summer of Love' and started off in Freak Central, this remains in remarkable condition. There are a few light creases to be seen on the printed section, but not rips or tears to the edges. This has obviously been stored flat for most of its history as there are no scored folds either. There isa tiny bit of light foxing evident in places & the back has darkened with age, but it is still astonishing to find an original poster from those hazy days in amazing condition like this one.
