UFO UFO 2 - Flying [One Hour Of Space Rock] / UFO 1 (Scarce 1971 German only issue double vinyl LP of the band's 1970 debut LP 'UFO 1' and the classic 2nd album 'Flying'. Housed in a custom gatefold picture sleeve with the innerspread featuring aside each dedicated to the artwork, liner notes and tracklisting of each album respectively. Notable points unique to this package; the spine printed with 'UFO 2', custom '2 LP's In Original Covers' flash panel printed on the front cover along with a 'Decca' logo at the bottom centre. The artwork for the 2nd album graces the front cover and which is featured on the first Disc 1 whilst the debut, with its artwotk featured on the back cover resides on record 2 all pressed on red Decca labels. The sleeve is in great shape with some corner rubbing evident to the top of the spine but otherwise showing only one or two spots of shelfwear to speak of with very minor ring marking/impressions. The vinyl is all the more impressive revealing very little indication of play with only a trace of spindle marking to be found [if held up to the light] and barely a mark to the playing surface in sight - a fabulous copy of this hard to find edition uniting UFO's brilliant first 2 outings!
