LESTER YOUNG The Lester Young - Buddy Rich Trio (Original 1957 US black and silver Verve label 8-track MONO vinyl LP. Although the title would indicate a trio in action, for some numbers Buddy Rich went ''in the direction of the nearest pizzeria'' for most of the session, if the sleeve notes are anything to go by, which apparently they aren't - the previous owner of this LP saw fit to pencil-in Nat 'King' Cole's name instead of the misprinted Aye Guy on the back sleeve as pianist.
