BROCK PETERS At The Village Gate (1960 UK 9-track mono LP, also featuring Paul Palmieri on Guitar. Perhaps better known for his role as Tom Robinson in the film 'To Kill a Mockingbird' or more recently as Fleet Admiral Cartwright in two of the Star Trek feature films and Joseph Sisko in 'Star Trek: Deep Space Nine', he actually started his career as a singer in the stage show of 'Porgy And Bess' in 1949. This rare LP is one of the few he made as a singer & the superb front laminated scalloped flipback picture sleeve conveys the atmosphere on that night of Saturday 9th October 1959 when these tracks were committed live to tape.
