CYBOTRON Cybotron (1979 French 5-track LP, an incredible album made not by the Detroit group but something that should appeal to Techno fans alike. This little beaut was originally an Australian-only release from 1976. It was masterminded by half-man, half-machine, Steve Maxwell Von Braund [check his solo album from '75, 'Monster Planet'!], a German expatriate joined by a group of fellow space travellers armed with synths & sequencers for a full-on progressive-style of early electronica & European cosmic sounds. The picture sleeve sports a fantastic design & grades VG due to a 3" split in the bottom seam, & otherwise shows mainly edge scuffing & minor paper loss along the top.
