Includes 28 pages 12" square booklet with photographs, timed score of theme titles and liner notes, housed in a picturebox manufactured for the LP set with sticker attached for this CD version along with a barcode sticker and Rhino Records sticker on the back. Each disc has 'Mastered By Nimbus' text near the center and 'Made in U.S.A.' printed, and all five in their own jewel case with no inserts or inlays.
