booklet, Gainsbourg's legendary 'concept album', originally released in
1971, remastered from the original tapes and sounding better than
ever, if you haven't heard this record it's a masterpiece that has gone
on to be a huge influence in recent years with artists such as Beck, Air,
Flaming Lips all name-checking the album. It's a short, low-key
recordfilled with Serge's laid-back half-spoken/half-sung vocals over
the top of a fusion of lounge, jazz, rock with some beautiful string
