ALEXIS KORNER A New Generation Of Blues (Hard To Find 1968 UK
11-track mono LP on the blue & turquoise Liberty label, with
instrumental backing from Danny Thompson & Terry Cox of Pentangle
fame. Ray Warleigh also adds alto sax & flute to the mix, giving the
album a jazzy feel [Steve Miller also appears], however some of the
best tracks are stripped down acoustic solo numbers that reveal
Korner's true genius. Comes housed in a fully laminated picture sleeve
sporting a rarely seen Hipgnosis design. The sleeve is Excellent mostly
with some dulling to the laminate from ring wear scuffing. The vinyl is
clean & in nice Excellent condition with some light spindle marks by the
