Pair Of In Concert - Zappa 1980 World Tour Posters

FRANK ZAPPA Pair Of In Concert - Zappa 1980 World Tour Posters (Original pair of 1980 vintage promotional Mike Scheller Concert posters for the German leg of Zappa's world tour that year. The first poster depicts a colour backstage shot of Zappa holding his custom cherry suburst Gibson Les Paul. This poster measures approx. 33" x 24", with CBS album ads for Joe's Garage 1-3 & Sheik Yerbouti & all concert dates listed from 26.5 Berlin - Deutschlandhalle to 3.7 München - Olympiahalle. The second poster measures a wide 47.5" by 16.5" tall, with giant white text on a black surround. It features advance sale print ["Der Vorverkauf hat begonnen!"] & the same tour dates. Both posters have been historically hung with putty markings on the back corner edges & stored folded. These original posters look remarkable & remain fully intact. The thin paper stock has left no damages or blemishes to the front side prints. Altogether, there are nine 1-2" fold mark tears at the edges of these posters. Due to their delicacy, both these vintage posters would very much benefit from being framed)
