EARL RODNEY Friends & Countrymen (Rare 1974 Barbadian 6-track vinyl LP, a wonderfully obscure slice of rare groove Afro-beats with steel drums!, includes standout tracks Midnight Man ['O Mo'O'Ru], Juck Juck and Peace Pipe featuring a slacker drum bear & loping bass with wah-wah and afro chanting, picture sleeve. The sleeve shows just a little light edegwear, otherwise displays remarkably little wear, whilst the vinyl is Near Mint with a deep sheen and labels which betray no sign ofspindle wear. This is the only copy we have seen and what a fantastic state for it to turn up in! ALPS-1011)
