HELMET Betty (Scarce 1994 US 16-track double vinyl 10" 2-LP set, the group's third studio album full of pent-up angst and angular rhythms worthy of any self-respecting metaller's collection, including the singles Milquetoast, Biscuits for Smut and Wilma's Rainbow, housed in a glossy gatefold picture sleeve with lyrics inside. The sleeve displays only very light general wear and the vinyl has minimal signs of play, a fantaastic example AMREP097)
