Tell The Truth

DEREK & THE DOMINOS Tell The Truth (Rare 1970 US wide centred white title label promotional vinyl 7" for the proposed debut single release, also including Roll It Over, Atco die-cut company paper sleeve. This was withdrawn after one week when Phil Spector left the Derek And The Dominoes project to work on All Things Must Pass with George Harrison. Eric Clapton then re-recorded this track for the 'Layla' album & the b-side was scrapped altogether. The vinyl on this copy remains in excellent condition with just a couple of light surface scuffs to show for its forty years - A great collectable for any Derek & The Dominos or Eric Clapton fan!)
