Gatefold octagonal picture sleeve [a spot-on replica of the original issue!] with fold-out Japanese/lyric sheet and unique wraparound obi-strip. The back of the obi has a spot of paper loss where the original re-sealable bag had attached itself, and the perforation along the front of the obi has separated, however the vinyl shows minimal signs of play UIJY-9002)
