HOWARD DEVOTO Jerky Versions Of The Dream (2007 UK Virgin Records 16-track digitally remastered CD-R acetate album, issued exclusively to radio stations and reviewers. Originally released in July 1983, 'Jerky Versions....' was a pop album, of sorts; on the surface the melodies were upbeat and the music funky, but Devoto was searching, inward looking, sloughing off the past, includes tracks from the original 7" of 'Rainy Season', an extended version of 'ColdImagination' and 3 Peel Session recordings.
