VELVET UNDERGROUND VU (2007 US limited edition 10-track LP pressed on 180gram VIRGIN VINYL; when this collection was originally released in 1984, it was revelatory, finally giving an official release to recordings that had been floating around on various dodgy boots since the early 70s! Recorded between February '68 and October '69, featuring the Cale and Yule line-ups, these cuts are now recognised as classics, and a worthy addition to theVelvets' mighty canon!
