SPENCER DAVIS GROUP Mojo Rhythms & Midnight Blues Vol. 1 (2007 UK limited edition 17-track LP pressed on 180gram VIRGIN VINYL - these radio sessions from 1965 - 1967 capture the group at its peak featuring the unbelievably talented StevieWinwood on vocals, guitar and keyboards. Many of these recording sessions relied on the know-how of radio engineers who had learned their trade during the big band era and thus these sessions capture a rawer, more urgent sounding SpencerDavis Group than is heard on their official studio releases!
