Custom tongue logo picture sleeve with 'Not For Sale' and '1990 Feb.' black text along with a barcode on the front, full track listing on the back along with the February tour dates listed along the bottom. This is the 2nd rarest Stones CD set in the world, of all the Japanese promotional CD's created over theyears and still remains the hardest to find. As a bonus this copy comes with a 36" x 48" Stars & Stripes/Union 'Jack' Flag banner with tongue logo in the middle and 'Welcome Rolling Stones' & 'Steel Wheels Tour 1990' text - stunning collectable!
