The album is full of songs of remarkable intimacy, the songs address relationships with parents, children, and [especially] lovers; and features highlights including 'I Am Stretched on Your Grave', which marries a Frank O'Connor poem to eerie Celtic melodies and a James Brown 'Funky Drummer' sample; her classic cover of Prince's 'Nothing Compares 2 U'; and comes expanded with a Bonus CD including two previously unavailable tracks, live versions and B sides.)
