JIMI HENDRIX / THE WHO Battle Of The Who & Jimi Hendrix (Rare late 60s Japanese-only promotional sample 25-track 2-LP box set, manufactured by Nippon Grammophon. Features one disc of Hendrix material & one disc by The Who, both with custom black onwhite labels & sequenced exclusively for this release, housed in a unique circular metal tin featuring great pictures of each artist, complete with the 12-page Japanese/English tracklisting & biography booklet, backing sponge & bamboon picture insert. The tin has naturally started to discolour & corrode a little at the edges but this is to minimal effect. Both vinyl discs are clean & show few signs of play MP9365/6)
