Features the great period image of the three band members snuggled together under an American Stars & Stripes flag with 'Celebrating 25 Years Of The Who' text, with a red surround mount and an authentic custom dedication plaque at the bottom which lists the key 1989 UK tour dates, in a silver metal frame, measuring 13" x 14" in size.
