Cook (1999 Japanese promo sample issue of the limited edition 6-track 20 Bit K2 Super Coding digitally remastered CD album, issued to radio stations and reviewers ahead of the actual release date. Recorded live at the Convocation Hall at Toronto University on 22nd August & at the Schaefer Central Park Music Festival in New York on 31st August 1974, originally released in 1976. Custom stamped inner rim on the disc, housed in a mini replica LP style card picture sleeve, with lyric booklet & promo stickered replica 'Manticore' obi-strip VICP-60811)
