UK 2-LP vinyl set
PINK FLOYD A Saucerful Of Secrets (Rare 1970 UK EMI-Odeon export issue of the 1968 7-track stereo LP on a two EMI box label with 'Gramophone Co' perimeter text, front laminated picture sleeve. Both sides of the label have a large red & gold Odeon label attached above the spindle hole, as this extremely rare example was made by EMI Records for export out of the U.K. They were specifically sold in South America (Argentina, Brazil) where Odeon Records were distributed, prior to thesecountries making their own records. They also barely ever appear for sale online! The Hipgnosis designed cover has a slightly smaller custom red & gold Odeon label attached over the EMI logo on the back. The cover is Excellent & shows some faint ring wear for its age. The vinyl remains in Excellent condition with a deep sheen both sides & only the lightest evidence of a paper hairline to show play. Our first ever example! SCX6258)
