GRANT GREEN Talkin' About (Limited Edition 2011 US 5-track stereo double LP mastered from the original analog tape & pressed on 180gram Virgin Vinyl at RTI in Camarillo, CA as part of Music Matters' 'Blue Note The Definitive 45RPM Reissue' series. Recorded by Rudy Van Gelder for Blue Note in 1964, this is a lovely trio date from Green in the Soul-Jazz mould with Modal leanings, performed alongside two other masters in their field, Larry Young [organ] & Elvin Jones [drums]. Comes housed in the highest quality gatefold cover which is a heavyweight & deluxe design with a glossy finish & original session photography on the inside. The sleeve is Near Mint & the vinyl discs are Excellent with very little sign of play MMBST-84183)
