Sticky Fingers - 'Star' - VG

ROLLING STONES Sticky Fingers (1971 UK 10-track vinyl LP, with 'Rolling Stones Records' etched into the run-out and 'A Promotone N.V. Record' label credit which shows this is an early vinyl pressing, complete with illustrated/tongue logo insert & housed in the classic top-opening & fully working bronze finish 'zipper' sleeve designed by Andy Warhol which is actually fold open like a gatefold. This particular version has 'STAR' engraved on to the front zipper, and the insert is printed by 'Richard Davis Ltd.'. The sleeve shows a little creasing to the belt flap and wera to the top edge and asmall tear to the insert, whilst the vinyl has some light cosmetic signs of play COC59100)

The insert has no signs of creasing or discolouring and is still off-white. The perfect example.

Sticky Fingers jackets are delicate and often show up with creased edges or tearing by the belt buckle. No such thing here! There is just the finest of edge wear along the top but nothing of any significance. The spine is crisp and perfectly legible, all colours still looking hot off the press. A lovely near mint copy

'Rolling Stones Records' is etched in the run-out grooves, indicating first press.

The vinyl has been professionally cleaned and shows only the lightest signs of play by the spindle area. Again, a lovely near mint example with little need to ever try & upgrade!
