PINK FLOYD It Would Be So Nice (Extremely rare 1968 UK Columbia 'A' label demonstration one-sided vinyl 7" with intact 4-prong centre for the single release, red die-cut Columbia company sleeve. The label has 'Demonstration Record Not For Sale' printed on one side and is dated 19.4.68, the flip side label is plain white. Stock copies of Pink Floyd's fourth single [their first release without founder member Syd Barrett] are rare, this one-sided demo issue is rarer still, pressed in tiny quantities and sent out for review or radio play ahead of release, needless to say, they don't turn up for sale very often! The vinyl on this copy is graded VG-/VG with some noticeable scuffs/hairlines, playtesting reveals a little background noise in the quiet intro but otherwise plays well. This is the first copy we've ever had the pleasure to offer for sale in over thirty years trading - highly recommended DB8401)
