THE RUTS In A Rut (Very Rare January 1979 UK first press Debut 7" single, credited just to 'Ruts' [before the 'RUT1' release] with hand scratched '6206/6207' Lyntone matrices in the run-outs & the Misty In Roots 'People Unite' label title in circular black rim, also featuring H-Eyes, hand annotated plain white die cut paper sleeve. Reportedly only 1000 copies were made, with half of them sold to Rough Trade & the other half stashed or pulped. The vinyl remains in superb condition with few signs of play. Rarely ever seen on the market SJP795)
