THE WHO Tommy (2000 UK limited edition Simply Vinyl issue 2-LP set pressed on 180gram VIRGIN VINYL, originally released in 1969, representing the pinnacle of Pete Townshend's early ambitions to produce a piece of music beyond 'straight'pop, actively encouraged by manager Kit Lambert's classical aspirations and pretensions. The vinyl comes issued in the high quality card gatefold picture sleeve. The sleeve shows minimal wear and the vinyl appears barely played SVLP201)
