ELVIS COSTELLO Red Shoes (Rare original 1977 UK white label 7" vinyl test pressing for the single release. The A-Side label has 'E.C. Red Shoes' written in pencil and the B-Side is without text, the stamped matrices read 'BUY15 A1 'HELP US HYPE ELVIS / BUY15 B1U' LARGER THAN LIFE AND MORE FUN THAN PEOPLE - ELVIS'. There is no mention of 'Lyntone' in the matrices indicating this a test pressing for the original single release rather than the 1979 reissue. Obtained from a former Stiff Records employee the vinyl is in Excellent condition forty-eight years on! An essential slice of UK punk history BUY15)
