Cadena joined Black Flag in 1980 as a vocalist, switched to guitar when Henry Rollins joined the band, and left following Damaged. Housed in a black & white picture sleeve with lyrics on the reverse. The sleeve has been signed by Dez on the front clearly on the the white space in blue biro pen, with a small 'H' annotation followed by 4 lines representing Black Flag's logo on thereverse. The sleeve shows minimal wear for its age with only a very small tear to the opening edge and some light yellowing discolouration, though nothing too excessive.
