PINK FLOYD Flaming/ The Gnome (Very Rare 1967 US promotional wide centred vinyl 7" for the US-only single release, with custom black on white labels with 'Not For Sale' print. Both songs were written by Syd Barrett for Piper At The Gates Of Dawn, released in the States in place of Apples & Oranges, perhaps as a double A-side single [this is the only Tower promo 45 not to feature an 'A' printed one side], complete with the original die-cut Tower company sleeve. The vinyl has a deepsheen both sides & grades VG+ revealing just a few faint cosmetic paper scuffs after nearly half a century, none of which affect play. PINK FLOYD Free Four (Extremely rare and until now, the ONLY COPY we have acquired in thirty five years... this 1972 Odeon Label Japanese "Special Promotional-Only" vinyl 7" is one of the rarest Pink Floyd 45s produced in Japan. With Absolutely Curtains on the b-side. The Odeon labels are custom black on white with 'Promotional Copy For DJ Use Only' print to the right, manufactured by Toshiba Musical Industries Ltd and this example is complete with a stunning & unique flipback picture sleeve with all-over silk finish. The sleeve appears Excellent - on close inspection, there are some very faint crease marks with age and the occasional small cosmetic tape mark on the back. A natural spot of colour fade is noticeable along the spine and top edge of no concern but there are no tears or writing. This is simply a stunning example and an amazing find. Better still, the labels appear Mint and the vinyl is Near Mint with an incredible deep sheen both sides with only the very lightest few signs of play. To say this is "hard to find" is a understatement and is nothing short of a crown jewel in any serious PF collection! 4RS-322) more...

PINK FLOYD Garden Party (Rare 1971 UK ticket stub for the concert at the Crystal Palace Concert Bowl on Saturday May 15th, supported by Faces, Quiver and Mountain, all for the princely sum of £1.25. The ticket has a great plain blue text on Garden Party 'watermark' print in orange which really makes this look like the period piece it is. There is a very small tear to the top with no paper lost and a strip of discolouration due to earlier tape bieng present. How many of these relicsfrom such legendary shows still survive is anyone's guess, but we've certainly never seen one before!) more...

PINK FLOYD / VARIOUS Garden Party At The Crystal Palace Bowl (Rare 1971 UK 12-page programme for the event on Saturday 15th may that year. The event was headlined by Pink Floyd, with Faces, Mountain and Quiver all taking part, with compare Pete Drummond. Features black & white photos of each band with the centre spread featuring Floyd with the running order, and adverts for each artist with one for their Relics album. The Floyd used a Quadraphonic sound system, with speakers positioned at various points in the grounds, so the audience was treated to good sound. The finale of the concert featured orange smoke bombs, fireworks and a giant rubber octopus which shared the pool. Not a bad line-up for your £1.25 on the day! We are grading this example as Very Good, with a large split and small tear along the spine, but being made of paper and fifty years old, we are surprised it survived especially as the wear turned to rain just as Floyd started their set.
