THE ROLLING STONES Aftermath (Rare 1966 UK fourth label variant 14-track deep groove MONO LP on the red Decca label with 'ffrr' logo, Mirage Music on top of the BIEM box, with label makers code S included to the right of the K/T tax code, and band members names printed below the title in lower case lettering. Housed in its original front laminated picture sleeve. The cover has a few blemishes to the back panel including some discoloured patches. The front panel is free of any significant wear and other than a few creases to the laminate, mainly to the spine/corner, the sleeve is otherwise in very respetcable, well-kept condition with no rips or tears and all text legible, a nice example for its age. The vinyl appears nice & clean overall remaining in very good order, showing just a few light cosmetic scuffs or small hairlines to indicate light play. There are a few spindle marks, again indicativce of use but suggests only occasional/careful play. Overall great copy of this tricky to find variant, easily scoring a VG/VG+ grade, circa 57 years on! This copy is in an unbelievable condition, the sleeve shows very little signs of age with the back still being very clean and with only minimal wear, even the inner shows little of its age. The vinyl is in 'near as new' condition with just a couple of very, very light hairlines but with very little signs of play, thelabels have a couple of spindle marks to show that it has been on a turntable. The sleeve is in fantatsic shape for its age with only a little lihgt laminate lifting near the spine and only one or two cosmetic blemisshes including a very small blocked out annotated oblong, presumably coveringa name or code, very discreet and neat on the otherwise quite remarkable back panel considering its non-laminate nature with no other noticeable wear, overall Excellent. The vinyl is nice & clean & in Excellent to Near Mint condition & appears to have been played perhaps only a handful of times in its lifetime at most with just light spindle marks to show for its age. Ideal for the Stones collector looking for a high end play copy! LK4786)
