A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...
| THE BEATLES Help! (1965 UK first press 14-track Mono LP on
the black & yellow Parlophone label, with 'Sold in The U.K.'
and 'The Gramophone Co.' label text. This label variant has all
the tracklisting in smaller bold text with 'Northern Songs, NCB'
text above the artist name, front laminated round ended
flipback picture sleeve with small outline 'mono' on the front
and 'Patents Pending' on the bottom flipback PMC1255)
See 'Additional Info' for further details on the
condition.. #Top 500 Greatest Albums Of All Time.
Tracklisting: The labels are matt finish with Parlophone logo in bold yellow. The perimeter print has 'The Gramophone Co' text with 'Sold In The UK' text across the centre of the label.
The matrix numbers are XEX 549-2 & XEX 550-2
The Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve has the small outline mono logo on the front and 'Patents Pending' credit on the back bottom flipback.
Complete with correct period 'Emitex' inner.
Condition:
This is a one owner copy. The sleeve shows minimal signs of being over fifty plus years old. There are only a few very minor creases to the front of the sleeve, and minor shelfwear, there is a small bloacked out line on the reverse [like from the previous owner's annoated name or initials] but the flipbacks and back panels are clean, bright and undamaged, the spine print is clear and legible, with little discoloration.
The labels are clean and bright with only light signs of spindle hole to show minimal play. The heavyweight vinyl has retained its bright shine as only well looked after vinyl can. The vinyl itself remains in EX condition with only a few very light cosmetic surface scuffs or hairlines visible upon inspection which have no effect on play.
A very nice example of this classic Fabs LP.
