10-track stereo vinyl LP with A1/B1 matrices on the pink with white 'i'
logo Island label, featuring their big hit single [!] 'Cat Food' and vocal
duties on 'Cadence And Cascade' handled by Gordon Haskell. The
original front textured heavyweight gatefold picture sleeve has the
lyrics printed within and has only some very light edgewear, the labels
have minimal spindle wear and the vinyl itself remains in stunning
near mint condition. Almost impossible to find in this kind of condition

issue 9-track vinyl LP on the green boxed Decca logo label,
with the album title named after the musicians' previous
bands [Bell's 'Shades of Blue' & Lynott & Downey's
'Orphanage'], matt gatefold picture sleeve. The sleeve shows
moderate general wear without any splits or rips, and some
light edge and corner scuffing, the labels have a few spindle
marks and the vinyl has a few light cosmetic signs of play,
overall a Very Good example TXS108) |
 | CAT STEVENS Very Young & Early Songs (Rare 1972 Australian
12-track stereo LP on a brown & white Deram label, with 'Made
By E.M.I. (Australia)' perimeter label print. Features two
additional songs not featured on the US version ('Blackness
OfThe Night' & 'Moonstone'), front laminated picture sleeve with
peculiar sideways design. The cover is Excellent with just a small
sticker residue mark on the back. The vinyl grades VG- & is nice
& clean & plays higher. There are multiple hairlinescuffs & the
odd faint scratch but playback reveals no real affect on play or
great loss in fidelity SMLA-18061)

version [with sides reversed] were being imported into the country!
The picture sleeve has '[UK]' printed on the reverse bottom edge &
the labels have FACUS2/UKA/B catalogue numbers & 2/9/80 release
date, with the run-off groove notations 'Here Are The Young Men'/ 'But
Where Have They Been'. The sleeve shows very little sign of wear,
whilst the vinyl shows some minor cosmetic blotting, none of which
can be felt to the touch and does not impact play FACUS2)
