 | JOHN COLTRANE Crescent (Rare 1965 UK 5-track mono LP on the red
& black 'Nipper' stamp label which has been 'Factory Sample' stickered
on the side 2 label, Features Trane's classic quartet line-up - McCoy
Tyner on piano, bassist Jimmy Garrisonanddrummer Elvin Jones -
recorded April the 27th and1st of June '64, and acting as a fine
prelude to the classic A Love Supreme recorded later that year. Front
laminated flipback picture sleeve with sleevenotes by Nat Hentoff. The
sleeve shows alittle scuffing/creasing to edges with light
ringwear/wear to flipbacks. The vinyl remains in excellent condition
showing litttle if any sign of wear showing just some superficial paper
scuffs from being taken in and out of the original inner sleeve - not
impacting play in the slightest CLP1799)
