early nineties British guitar rock, with warm fuzzy guitar
cascades over menacing sexy vocals & is also famous for
'bankrupting' Creation Records when Shields' perfectionism
resulted in long delays in the studio. The results were worth
it!! The first pressing i #Top 500 Greatest Albums Of All Times still considered the best sounding
version by hardcore fans. The glossy picture sleeve is
complete with the illustrated inner & remains in Excellent
condition with some edge wear evident [nothing excessive].
Whilst the vinyl grades Excellent with merely a few faint
paper scuffs/hairlines not affecting play. Increasingly in

inscribed in the run-offs, sonically on a par with its US
Prestige counterpart, if not better. Recorded on July 20, 1956
& starring Donald Byrd, Barry Harris, Doug Watkins Art Taylor
& a young Jackie McLean guesting on one track, this is a high
energy all-star Bop date of the highest order. Comes housed
in a unique fully laminated flipback sleeve. The sleeve is in
Excellentcondition, even after sixty years, with a little
yellowing at edges and mild corner creasing from handling.
The vinyl is graded Very Good with a few scuffs/light hairlines
throughout, not affecting play. A lovely VG example for one
