 | THE SHADOWS The Dreams I Dream (Scarce 1966 UK 'B' label [yes,
you heard me! on BOTH sides no less] promotional 7" vinyl for the
single release with four-prong centre and release date text of
'28.10.66' in the middle, nothing wrong with the titletrack but the
B-Side wins again on the flip, the largely instrumental Scotch On The
Socks features some seriously funky R&B from Hank & Co, a
dancefloor smasher if ever-there-was! Columbia company die cut
paper sleeve. The labels are cleanwith no writing or discolouration and

wonderful example and the only 'B' label we've come across DB8034) |
 | KATE BUSH Aerial (Exclusive Indie Edition 2023 UK/EU
16-track double album 2-LP pressed on 180-gram Goldy Locks Mixed Coloured Vinyl.
Pressed at Record Industry Netherlands using lacquers cut from 2018remasters by Bernie Grundman. Gatefold picture sleeve with original
cover artwork and an exclusive Kate Bush-designed obi showing the
pressing date 9 OCTOBER 2023. Includes its resealable poly outer
sleeve. A Near Mint copy Recommended)
Tracklisting: Kate Bush and Fish People Records are proud and excited to announce new 2023 pressings of all 10 of Kate Bush's albums.
"It's very exciting to see people appreciating the physical presence of an album released on vinyl. It's how it's always been for me, especially when I was a teenager. The whole buzz of the record store was part of the experience. Buying an album was an event." — Kate Bush
The records are all pressed on 180-gram vinyl at the world-renowned Record Industry plant in the Netherlands. New lacquers were cut from the 2018 remasters by Bernie Grundman and overseen by mastering engineer James Guthrie.
All designed by Kate and featuring new Fish People label designs. They are protected in resealable poly-bag liners with a 'Fish People Reissue' sticker, bottom right.
Kate's first double album, Aerial, was released on November 7, 2005 and reached No. 3 on the U.K. album chart. As with 1985's Hounds of Love, the album is split into two sections. The first disc, subtitled "A Sea of Honey" and the second "A Sky of Hone." The album sold more than 90,000 copies in its first week of release and has now been certified as platinum-selling by the British Phonographic Industry. U.K. music magazine Mojo named Aerial their third best album of 2005 and the album recieved a BRIT Award nomination for Best British Album in 2006. Kate was also nominated for Best British Female Artist in the same year.
"Aerial is rooted in Kate Bush's oeuvre, with grace, flair, elegance, and an obsessive, stubborn attention to detail. What gets created for the listener is an ordinary world, full of magic; it lies inside one's dwelling in overlooked and inhabited spaces, and outside, from the backyard and out through the gate into wonder." — 4/5 Stars, AllMusic
