THE FENMEN Rejected (Rare 1966 UK 'A' label vinyl 7" for the single release with four-prong centre, the penultimate release by the short-lived Kent-based beat combo, includes Girl Don't Bring Me Down, CBS company die-cut sleeve. The vinyl hasjust a few faint scuffs & the label is annotated with 'British' and a date of '12 Aug', most likely the release date, all leaving it a nice Excellent copy - the first we have seen and no doubt the last!)
THE SMITHS The Boy With The Thorn In His Side (1985 UK 3-track 12" vinyl single with 'Arty Bloody Farty' & 'Is That Clever... JM' in the run-out grooves, also including Rubber Ring & Asleep, glossy Truman Capote picture sleeve with die-cut orange inner and matching labels. The sleeve shows light edgewear while the vinyl has just a few faint cosmetic scuffs and light signs of play RTT191)

Tracklisting: This is the original issue from September 1965. The label is of the 'rough' CBS variety, with centre boxed logo, '33' instead of '33 1/3' near the bottom left corner of the logo & 'Blossom Music Ltd' Credit to the centre right. There is a 'deep groove' recess at the centre that is slightly larger than the CBS block logo. Condition :- The sleeve is in superb condition with little wear to show for its years. The sleeve is front laminated with round ended flipbacks & is folded over at the spine, confirming a first issue. This copy has obviously been stored very well indeed. The vinyl is nice & clean & in Excellent condition with merely the odd spindle mark or faint paper hairline etc. not affecting play.
