LP on the yellow & green Harvest label, with perimeter label
print along the bottom starting at 10 o'clock. 'Mastered By
Capitol' is machine stamped in the run-offs along with hand
etched matrix detail & has a small star logo to indicate this
was pressed at the Capitol Records Pressing Plant in Los
Angeles, gatefold picture sleeve with title text printed on the
front. The sleeve shows a little light shelf/ringwear whilst thevinyl shows only light signs of play SMAS-382)

| IRON BUTTERFLY In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida (Rare 1969 Japanese
6-track stereo vinyl LP, manufactured by Nippon Grammophon
with custom blue & green Atlantic labels, the first Japanese issue
of this brooding psych/proto-metal classic, housed in a heavy
duty front laminated & internally pasted gatefold sleeve with
English lyrics across the inner spread and stereo logo on the
front, with the '¥1800' price point on the obi echoed on the
back cover. The sleeve is in fabulous shape for its age withonly
two notecable creases in the lamiante to the otherwise quite
glorious front panel. The back panel and spine are free of wear
and look fantastic, bright vivid with not even a hint of crushing
to the spine. The obi with 'SMT-1054' catalogue number printed
at the top and bottom, and has only light age wear with no rips
or tears. The pasted inner spread is all intact along with the
flipside of the obi and though due to the unlaminated surface has
some overall foxing through age, displays no other wear, rips,
tears, unpeeling or writing. The vinyl shows only very light signs
of play with just a couple of light cosmetic hairlines - overall a
fantastic copy, now almost fifity five years on and the first this
variant we've seen)

ELEVEN LP Box Set, comprising all four of the band's legendary studio
work along with their three compilation albums & sole live album,
pressed on Heavyweight Vinyl & remastered from theoriginal tape
source by Frank Arkwright & assisted by Johnny Marr. Each record is
housed in a deluxe replica picture sleeve [including their inners &
gatefolds], complete with a 12" booklet expanded with fresh liner
notes & a special 36" x24"poster of the cover artwork, all housed in a
unique trunk-style two-piece picture box. Due to its overall weight, the
box [VG+] has suffered a few corner bumps at the bottom resulting in
the odd paper fracture but is otherwise still in the open shrinkwrap
with the hype sticker attached. The vinyl remains Mint & unplayed)
