A FEW OF THE MOST RECENT ITEMS WE WANT...
 | THE BEATLES Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (1967 UK
13-track MONO vinyl LP on the black & yellow Parlophone
label with 'The Gramophone Co Ltd' & 'Sold In The UK' text,
housed in a fully laminated internal flipback gatefold picture
sleeve with intact sheet of cut-outs) See 'More Info' for
further details on condition...
Tracklisting: The labels on this classic are matt black with Parlophone in bright yellow lettering and all other text in silver print. There are some spindle marks visible with no major paper loss around the hole.
The perimeter text states "The Gramophone Co Ltd" with "Sold In The UK Subject To Resale" etc across the centre of the labels.
The matrix numbers have been machine stamped into the run-out grooves and both end -1 indicating that this copy was one of the first pressed.
The vinyl, while not mint, is in acceptable VG condition with some general surface paper scuffs and hairlines visible. Thanks to the quality pressing however, the majority of these marks are cosmetic, although a certain level of surface noise may be audible at times.
The fully laminated, internal flipback gatefold picture sleeve has minor wear, mainly at the corners and along the opening edge, in particular to the bottom opening edge corner which has the start of a small split but without compromising its function, otherwise only a little laminate creasing. All text is clear and legible and the cover is overall in nice condition overall. The sheet of cut-outs is intact.
The price reflects this VG condition copy, as mint copies tend to sell at several times this bargain price. This is a great opportunity to get a highly respectable copy of this classic album without breaking the bank!
