Tracklisting: The labels are matt finish with Parlophone logo in bold yellow & all text in silver. The perimeter print has 'The Gramophone Co' text with 'Sold In The UK' text across the centre of the label.
This label variant has all the tracklisting in smaller bold text with 'Northern Songs, NCB' text above the artist name.
The matrix numbers are XEX 549-2 & XEX 550-2
The vinyl shows moderate signs of play; there are only a few superficial light scuffs & hairlines with a long, light hairline to Side 1, along with some spindle marks around the centre hole, that have no effect on play.
The Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve has the small outline mono logo on the front as only the first pressings did and also has the rare 'Patents Pending' credit on the back bottom flipback.
The sleeve colours are rich and the background and the bottom flipback shows some wear & the spine print is clear. The front has some discolouring to the edges, particularly the opening edge.
The back has a blue pen mark and shows a little discolouration and light foxing but otherwise shelfwear is light with just a little scuffing at the corners/opening edge and minor laminate creases to show for the last fifty plus years.
