Played In Its Entirety At UCLA (Scare limited edition 1984 US 2-LP
mono issue of the 1966 mail-order only 9-track live album with a
bonus 7" vinyl record, with parts 1 & 2 of 'They Trespass The Land Of
The Sacred Sioux'; exclusive to this reissue. Housed in a numbered
and gold import stickered heavy card gatefold picture sleeve with the
inside spread containing extensive liner notes, aswell as scans of
Charles' rough draftof his original liner notes and a charming comic
strip to top it off. Includes an insert explaining the creation of the
original pressing. The sleeve shows light wear with its age but nothing
too excessive while all three vinyl discs remain in wonderful excellent
condition with minimal hairlines on the second disc, none of which
impacting play. Overall a very respectable example of this desirable
piece of Mingus recording history JWS0013/0014)

Liberty Records' label 7-track Mono LP, this time a quartet
recording comprised of Bobby, Herbie Hancock, Bob Cranshaw
and Joe Chambers, featuring six originals & Herbie's
marvellous Maiden Voyage, pasted picture sleeve. A
wonderful album, even better than Components! The sleeve is
very healthy for its age showing only some light
discolouration on the reverse and a scuff to the front leaving
it excellent. The vinyl also is excellent showing just a little
spindle wear from play BLP4231)
