A5 sized spiral-bound tour itinerary book for the US shows with
approximately 40-page, including the TV appearances on N.P.A. and
Conan O'Brien, along with the London Astoria concert, includes tour
dates, venue information, hotel & travel arrangements for both band &
crew and more, complete with the original front cover and front & back
clear protective cover. This would have only been issued to crew/people
involved with the tour and were not forsale to the general public. In
