THE BYRDS 1971 Lincoln Folk Festival (Scarce 1999 UK limited
edition poster, produced in limited numbers. The 1971 Lincoln
Festival featured James Taylor, The Byrds, Tom Paxton, Buffy St
Marie, Sonny Terry & Brownie Mcghee, Tim Hardin, Pentangle,
The Incredible String Band, Sandy Denny, Steeleye Span, Ralph
Mctell, Dave Swarbrick and Martin Carthy and Dion. The Byrds
were booked to play an acoustic set, however, they stole the
show by being the only band to play an electric set. Measuring
20" x 30" in size, this has been signed and hand numbered by
the original concert organizer Freddy Bannister, and Gene
Parsons at the bottom. Also comes with a small flyer advertising
the release of this and other posters, with a note written on the
back by Wendy Bannister (Freddy's Wife) about the
