THE PRETTY THINGS Parachute (Rare Japanese 1970 promotional sample 9-track LP with custom black on white labels, pressed on 'Everclean' Wine Red Vinyl. Recorded at Abbey Road with Beatles engineer Norman Smith, Parachute is a wonderful album, more subtle than its predecessor, including The Good Mr. Square, Grass & She's A Lover. This edition is very hard to come by, housed in a deluxe gatefold picture sleeve with English song lyrics across the middle.The cover is Excellent with some scuff marks & minor foxing. The obi-strip is included but is fully split along the bottom with an additional 1" tear in the top right edge, all of which could be repaired. The vinyl is Excellent to Near Mint with only one small & faint paper scuff on side two not affecting play. Pretty nice, indeed! OP-80058)
